Thank you to our volunteers who made it out to our final Spring Whale Scout Helpin’ Out Event on May 21st, 2016. We partnered with King County Parks one more time to spruce up a quaint community park in White Center. Although there were a few of us and Lakota (dog) we still made a difference to make the park a better place.
Our task was to pull all the invasive weeds to save the new native plantings from earlier in the Spring.
Whale Scout representing in the park!
Honorary mascot: Lakota of awesomness 🙂
Getting that English Ivy out!
The end of our work.
