Our 2/20 Helpin’ Out Event was a Sunny Renton Success!!

Thank you to King County Parks and all of the volunteers who attended the Helpin’ Out Event on 2/20 in Renton Park.  Together we planted 25 trees and bushes, spread mulch around them to help them retain water in the dryer months and we demolished a whole section of invasive blackberry bushes.  It was an excellent event and we look forward to working with King County Parks again.

If you missed this one please feel free to help us out at our next Whale Scout Helpin’ Out Event  in Carnation on 3/19/2016.  See our Events section on www.whalescout.org to learn more!
